Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in our Albuquerque operations? We are seeking a dedicated Weekend Operations Manager to oversee our high-volume logistics center. As a Weekend Operations Manager, you will be the face of our facility during critical shift hours. You will ensure seamless execution of our supply chain processes, maintain inventory integrity, and lead a team of dedicated associates to success.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and workflow efficiency during weekend shifts.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule a team of 10+ warehouse associates.
- Conduct safety audits and ensure strict compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Manage inventory counts and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Coordinate with the Monday-Friday management team to ensure smooth transitions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments with precision and speed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Proficient in basic computer software (Microsoft Office, ERP systems).
