Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend operations across 3 high-volume retail locations
- Manage and mentor team of 15+ weekend associates
- Implement inventory control systems and loss prevention protocols
- Coordinate with vendors for weekend stock replenishment
- Analyze weekend sales data to optimize staffing and merchandising
- Ensure compliance with all safety and company policies
- Develop weekly operational reports for senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Operations Management
- 5+ years retail/supervisory experience
- Proven weekend shift management background
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in inventory management software
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends/holidays
