Responsibilities
- Oversee all weekend warehouse operations including receiving, packing, and shipping
- Manage and mentor a team of 15-20 weekend staff members
- Implement and optimize weekend workflow processes for maximum efficiency
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment activities
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards
- Collaborate with weekday managers for operational continuity
- Generate weekend performance reports and improvement recommendations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in operations/supply chain management
- Proven leadership experience with weekend/holiday scheduling
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Excellent communication and team development skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Forklift certification required
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or related field preferred
