Responsibilities

- Lead weekend warehouse operations teams (5-8 members)

- Prepare Monday morning transition reports for senior leadership
- Implement weekend process improvements for efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 2+ years in logistics, warehousing, or operations
- Strong proficiency in WMS and inventory software
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 6AM-6PM)
- OSHA safety certification or willingness to obtain
- Exceptional problem-solving under pressure
- Multilingual capabilities (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
