Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction rates during weekend shifts.
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising to maintain a pristine retail environment.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately, processing transactions and handling cash with strict accountability.
- Collaborate with the lead staff to optimize daily workflows and ensure operational goals are met.
- Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a focus on professionalism and customer service.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
- Reliable transportation to reach our Wilshire Blvd location.
- Must be available to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
