Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of operations within our distribution center. Your role will be critical in maintaining inventory accuracy and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform efficient picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and within guidelines.
- Conduct regular quality checks on all outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not required).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Raleigh facility.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
