Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations during weekend shifts to ensure efficiency.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely processing and shipping of orders.
- Provide exceptional customer service to incoming inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Assist in training and mentoring new weekend staff members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to the Long Beach location.
