As a Weekend Operations Associate, you will be responsible for managing critical operational tasks to ensure our supply chain remains seamless and efficient during peak weekend hours.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations, including inventory checks and stock management.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments with high accuracy and speed.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to align on workflow and targets.
- Maintain a tidy and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong proficiency in basic computer applications and inventory software.
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Valid California Driver's License required.
- Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
