Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse and customer service operations during weekend shifts.
- Process incoming orders and ensure accurate inventory management.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with a focus on satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline weekend workflows.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Assist in training new staff members during the weekend orientation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in logistics, customer service, or retail is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
