Responsibilities
- Efficient Material Handling: Load, unload, and stage freight using forklifts and pallet jacks with precision and speed.
- Inventory Management: Conduct accurate inventory counts and stock organization to maintain optimal warehouse levels.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately for regional distribution.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections on warehouse equipment and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Availability for Weekend Shifts: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday on a recurring basis.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic proficiency with handheld scanners, RF guns, and warehouse management software.
- Driver's License: Valid state-issued driver's license preferred but not mandatory.
- Problem Solving: Ability to identify and resolve operational issues quickly during high-volume shifts.
