Responsibilities
- Execute Daily Operations: Manage and execute daily warehouse tasks, including receiving, sorting, and staging inventory with high accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and reconcile stock discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the morning shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions and operational continuity.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as required.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and clutter-free workspace to optimize efficiency and safety.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and a proactive attitude.
