Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations during weekend shifts.
- Manage incoming inventory and ensure accurate stock levels and documentation.
- Provide exceptional support to internal teams and external clients via phone and email.
- Perform quality assurance checks on all outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
- Assist in training junior staff on standard operational procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service preferred.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
