Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Assist in daily warehouse and logistics operations, including sorting, packing, and labeling packages efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct basic stock counts, and report discrepancies to the shift supervisor.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate handheld scanners, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as trained.
- Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Customer Interaction: Provide excellent service to internal and external customers, answering questions and resolving basic issues.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure workflow continuity during peak weekend hours.
- Documentation: Accurately complete required paperwork and digital logs for daily operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions safely.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and a history of punctual attendance.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Technology: Comfortable using technology, including smartphones or basic handheld devices.
