Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Execute daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping orders with precision and speed.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy and availability.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, when certified.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all outgoing shipments meet our high-quality standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to resolve issues and optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work alternating Saturdays and Sundays, or both days consistently.
- Experience: Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Strong track record of attendance and punctuality.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work in various areas of the facility.
