Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping orders with accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Perform quality checks on products before shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
