Responsibilities
- Pack and Ship: Efficiently process incoming and outgoing packages to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and perform regular inventory audits.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (certification provided), and handheld scanners.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and peers to meet daily targets.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic with a proven track record of punctuality.
- Basic Skills: Comfortable using computer systems and handheld scanners.
