As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain runs smoothly, managing inventory with precision, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory with high accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies at all times.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical challenges and meet production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work nights (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Valid forklift certification (Class A or B) preferred.
