Responsibilities
- Execute accurate and efficient picking, packing, and order fulfillment during night shifts.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock adjustments to maintain accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Load and unload trailers efficiently to ensure timely departures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide training.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate barcode scanners.
