Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and shipping orders with precision and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently in accordance with safety protocols.
- Conduct inventory checks and stock replenishment to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve operational issues and improve workflow efficiency.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding attendance and punctuality.
Qualifications
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the business schedule.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
