Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for timely shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and accurately.
- Scan and verify inventory using handheld scanners to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly performance goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on weekends.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
