Responsibilities
- Execute efficient picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders with a 99% accuracy rate.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided if needed).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and stock replenishment during the night shift.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping deadlines.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks according to safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
