Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of merchandise to meet daily KPIs.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets strict quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse regulations at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the night shift.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to read and understand safety documentation.
