Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, and shipping orders efficiently and accurately.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks) safely and in compliance with all safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure high accuracy in stock management systems.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and safety goals.
- Adhere to quality control standards for all outgoing shipments.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and night shifts.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
