Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products by hand or using industrial equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Package and prepare orders for shipping, ensuring accuracy and proper labeling.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory checks to maintain stock accuracy.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve daily operational challenges and improve workflow efficiency.
- Keep the warehouse area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory and order status.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work a weekend night shift schedule (Friday-Sunday, 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory for entry-level.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
