Responsibilities
- Execute efficient order picking, packing, and shipping processes within strict timeframes.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and operational flow.
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts during night operations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) and weekend rotations.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Physical stamina required to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
