Responsibilities
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in strict compliance with safety protocols.
- Perform inventory checks and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to uphold company safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Unload and load trucks efficiently during peak hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Physical stamina required to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Forklift certification is highly desirable but not mandatory.
