Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for weekend delivery routes
- Maintain organized inventory counts and cycle counting procedures
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and warehouse cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with overnight team leads to resolve operational issues
- Complete shift reports and documentation in our WMS system
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Reliable weekend availability (Fri-Sat 10pm-6am or Sat-Sun 10pm-6am)
- Valid California driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work independently in low-supervision environments
