Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) to move, locate, and move stock.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily targets.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow during peak hours.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies strictly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and night hours.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
