Responsibilities
- Supervise 5-8 warehouse associates during weekend night shifts (Fri-Sun, 11 PM-7 AM)
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Coordinate loading/unloading of trucks and inventory management
- Train new hires and maintain team performance metrics
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns
- Complete shift reports and inventory audits
- Collaborate with day-shift supervisors for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory or team lead experience in logistics/warehousing
- Availability to work all weekend nights (Fri/Sat/Sun, 11 PM-7 AM)
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
