Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 team members during weekend night shifts (Sat-Sun, 10 PM - 6 AM)
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and service standards
- Coordinate inventory management and operational logistics
- Resolve customer escalations with professionalism and empathy
- Train new hires on shift-specific procedures
- Generate shift performance reports for management review
- Maintain secure facility access and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in high-volume environments
- Availability for every weekend shift (Sat/Sun nights)
- Valid NYS security guard license (preferred)
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Proficient in inventory management software
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
