Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care plans during weekend shifts
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Document patient records accurately in EMR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Provide patient education and family support
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance standards
Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license in Texas
- 2+ years clinical experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Weekend availability essential (Sat/Sun)
- EMR proficiency (Epic experience a plus)
