Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vitals and provide routine care during overnight shifts
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders
- Document patient updates accurately in electronic health records
- Respond to emergency situations following established protocols
- Coordinate with day-shift staff during handover procedures
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control standards
- Support patient comfort and emotional well-being during off-hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CPR certification (provided if not currently certified)
- Ability to stand/walk for 12-hour shifts
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency for medical records
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous healthcare experience preferred but not required
