Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 8-12 team members across premium nightlife venues
- Execute operational excellence protocols for safety and service standards
- Handle high-volume transactions and inventory management systems

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in hospitality or nightlife
- Valid North Carolina Alcohol Beverage Control certification
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software
