Responsibilities
- Execute flawless event setup/teardown for festivals, markets, and corporate gatherings
- Deliver exceptional customer service and guest assistance during weekend events
- Maintain inventory and ensure equipment/supplies are properly managed
- Collaborate with team to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and venue regulations at all times
- Process transactions accurately and handle cash/responsibly

Qualifications
- Must be available weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible scheduling
- Previous event staffing, retail, or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Reliable transportation to various event locations across Colorado Springs
- Basic math skills for transaction handling and inventory management
