Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event venues according to client specifications
- Provide exceptional guest service and information at event checkpoints
- Manage crowd flow and ensure attendee safety during high-traffic periods
- Distribute promotional materials and assist with product sampling activations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned event zones
- Collaborate with team leads to execute seamless event experiences
- Submit digital timesheets daily for immediate payment processing
Qualifications
- Must be available to work all weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Reliable transportation to various San Diego event locations
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift up to 30 lbs
- Flexibility to work in outdoor/indoor environments and variable weather
- Basic smartphone proficiency for digital check-ins and time tracking
