Responsibilities
- Coordinate warehouse operations during evening and weekend shifts
- Supplemental team leadership for night shift personnel
- Monitor inventory systems and logistics documentation
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Process urgent shipments and customer orders
- Collaborate with day-shift managers for operational continuity
- Conduct shift handovers with detailed reporting
Qualifications
- 2+ years logistics/supply chain experience
- Availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) and overnight hours
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Forklift certification preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Basic knowledge of California labor regulations
