Responsibilities
- Oversee 8-12 person warehouse operations during weekend/night shifts
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
- Coordinate inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Train and mentor staff on new procedures and equipment
- Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns as needed
- Generate shift reports and performance metrics
- Collaborate with day-shift managers for seamless transitions
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in logistics/warehouse setting
- Availability for weekends and overnight shifts (Fri-Sun, 10PM-6AM)
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- OSHA safety training certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
