Responsibilities
- Monitor premises via CCTV and patrols during weekend overnight shifts (Sat/Sun 10PM-6AM)
- Respond to security incidents and coordinate with local law enforcement when necessary
- Complete detailed incident reports and shift documentation in digital systems
- Verify credentials and manage access control for authorized personnel
- Conduct routine equipment checks and maintain security infrastructure
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors
- Collaborate with weekend day shift teams for seamless transition
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Security Officer License (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year security or law enforcement experience
- Strong observational skills and crisis management abilities
- Proficient in surveillance technology and reporting software
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours during overnight shifts
- Flexibility to work alternating weekends as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Clean background check and drug screening mandatory
