Responsibilities
- Safely operate warehouse equipment and manage inventory systems during overnight shifts
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Perform quality control checks and maintain accurate documentation
- Respond to urgent client requests and troubleshoot operational issues
- Implement safety protocols and maintain compliance with industry standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for weekend workflows
- Support inventory reconciliation and end-of-shift reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in logistics, warehousing, or night shift operations
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in inventory management software (SAP or equivalent)
- Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 10 PM - 6 AM)
- Preferred: OSHA 30-hour certification
