Responsibilities
- Manage inventory receiving, sorting, and documentation during overnight shifts
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA compliance
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for efficient distribution operations
- Maintain accurate logs for quality control and inventory tracking
- Respond to urgent dispatch requests and coordinate emergency shipments
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times during night operations
- Support weekend customer service inquiries via digital channels
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications a plus
- Proven experience in logistics, warehousing, or overnight operations
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic proficiency in inventory management software
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
