Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during weekend and overnight hours
- Monitor and maintain facility security protocols during night shifts
- Coordinate with day-shift teams for seamless operational handovers
- Document incident reports and operational metrics accurately
- Assist with inventory management and quality assurance checks
- Respond to emergencies following established procedures
- Train new weekend shift associates on company standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or security roles
- Availability to work Saturdays/Sundays and overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid Washington State driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and mobile communication tools
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
- Experience in healthcare or logistics environments a plus
