Responsibilities
- Monitor premises and prevent unauthorized access during weekend overnight shifts
- Operate advanced surveillance systems and access control protocols
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Conduct regular patrols across assigned tech campuses
- Document incident reports using digital security platforms
- Collaborate with law enforcement during critical incidents
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client premises
Qualifications
- Valid CA Guard Card or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Minimum 1 year security or law enforcement experience
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours during overnight shifts
- Proficient in using CCTV and access control systems
- Strong crisis management and de-escalation skills
- Fluent English communication (bilingual Spanish a plus)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Availability for every weekend shift (Sat/Sun 10PM-6AM)
