Responsibilities
- Monitor premises and enforce security protocols during weekend night shifts (Friday-Sunday, 10 PM - 6 AM)
- Respond promptly to incidents and alarms with professional de-escalation techniques
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas using digital reporting tools
- Verify credentials and manage access control for high-traffic venues
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed
- Maintain detailed incident reports and security logs
- Provide exceptional customer service to patrons and staff
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid North Carolina Security Guard License (or willingness to obtain)
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Fri/Sat/Sun nights)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Basic proficiency with mobile reporting applications
- Clean background check and drug-free certification
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
