- Operate advanced surveillance systems and respond to alarms within 3 minutes
- Document incident reports using proprietary digital reporting tools
- Coordinate with law enforcement during emergency situations
- Conduct access control for high-profile venues and events
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania Guard Card or willingness to obtain immediately
- Minimum 1 year commercial security experience
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (Fri-Sun, 10PM-6AM)
- Proficient in surveillance technology and mobile patrol apps
- Clear criminal background check and drug-free certification
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
