- Conduct property walkthroughs every 2 hours to verify security integrity
- Monitor access points and verify visitor credentials during overnight hours
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona Guard Card (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year security experience or military/law enforcement background
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours during overnight shifts
- Proficient with surveillance technology and reporting software
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to obtain Firearm Permit if required for post assignment
- Strong situational awareness and de-escalation skills
