Responsibilities
- Monitor premises via CCTV and patrol systems during weekend night shifts (Fri-Sun 10PM-6AM)
- Respond to incidents and disturbances with de-escalation techniques
- Enforce access control and verify visitor credentials
- Complete detailed incident reports and shift documentation
- Coordinate with law enforcement during emergencies
- Safeguard high-value assets in entertainment districts
- Maintain constant communication with central dispatch
Qualifications
- Valid Louisiana security license (training provided)
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Strong conflict resolution and observation skills
- Basic first aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Comfortable working in dynamic nightlife environments
- Reliable transportation to Frenchmen Street location
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Must be available for all weekend shifts
