Responsibilities
- Monitor premises via CCTV and foot patrols during weekend night shifts (Fri-Sun, 10PM-6AM)
- Respond to alarms and security incidents with professionalism and urgency
- Document detailed incident reports and security logs
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
- Operate access control systems and security technology
- Collaborate with law enforcement during emergency situations
- Conduct property safety inspections and hazard identification
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 18 years of age with valid US work authorization
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and work in various weather conditions
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer literacy for report writing
- Successful background check and drug screening
- Valid CA driver's license preferred
- Customer service experience a plus
