Responsibilities
- Monitor premises and deter unauthorized access using advanced surveillance systems
- Conduct regular patrols and incident reporting protocols
- Enforce venue safety rules with professional de-escalation techniques
- Collaborate with law enforcement during emergency situations
- Maintain detailed logs of all security activities and observations
- Provide exceptional customer service to venue patrons and staff
Qualifications
- Valid Missouri Security License or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Minimum 1 year security or law enforcement experience
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours during overnight shifts
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Proficient in using security technology (CCTV, radios)
- Flexibility to work weekends (Fri-Sun) 10 PM - 6 AM
- Pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
