Responsibilities
- Monitor premises via CCTV and conduct regular foot patrols to deter criminal activity
- Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, and emergency situations
- Enforce access control policies and verify credentials at entry points
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate activity logs
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to employees and visitors
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and work in all weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Flexibility to work weekends (Fri-Sun) 10 PM - 6 AM
- No felony convictions; background check required
- Basic computer literacy for report writing
