Responsibilities
- Monitor premises through CCTV systems and physical patrols
- Respond promptly to security alerts and emergency situations
- Control access points and verify visitor credentials
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain activity logs

- Conduct safety inspections and enforce property protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and visitors
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Security Officer License (Class A or B)
- Minimum 1 year security experience preferred
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Strong observational and communication skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Available for Friday/Saturday/Sunday shifts (10PM-6AM)
- Basic first aid/CPR certification required
- Proficient with surveillance technology systems
